Oriens Asset Management Pte. Ltd. is an independent private equity firm in Singapore founded by veteran banker Mr. Terence Ong whose vision is to invest for a better and sustainable future.
Oriens holds a Capital Markets Services (“CMS”) Licence issued and regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. We specialized in investments in greenfield and brownfield projects focusing on Asian Healthcare, Real Estate, Infrastructure and Renewable Energy.
Oriens long-established relationships and industry experiences in Asia position us well to capitalize on the emerging opportunities, connect stakeholders and access a deep pool of investors.

TERENCE ONG
Founder & Chairman
Terence is one of the most well-known and distinguished bankers in Singapore where he worked at the UOB Group, third largest bank in Southeast Asia, for over 34 years. He was one of the Group’s key senior executive and held the appointment of Group Head of Global Markets and Investment Management at UOB.
He is recipient of two prominent awards: Institute of Banking and Finance Fellow in 2010; and Lifetime Achievement Award from Futures and Options World in 2016. Terence enjoys close relationship with Monetary Authority of Singapore (“MAS”). While at UOB he represented the bank in the following MAS led committees :
